Ichthus – Year 6
Spring Term 2018
Sadly it is our last term in Year 6, but we still have lots of exciting things to do before we leave ACE, including our leavers' service at Chichester Cathedral and our traditional leavers' assembly. As well as a studying a range of curriculum subjects in class, we will continue to run our club after school to help the children to prepare for the Year 6 Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling test in May. We will also be studying the novels Holes by Louis Sachar and Varmints by Helen Ward. We are also very excited to start our swimming lessons at Arundel Lido and to be working on a whole-school art project producing sculptures for Worthing Children's Parade in June.
More information on this term's topic can be found in our curriculum booklet.
The curriculum overview for the school year is contained within our curriculum document.
Follow our ACE guide to helping your child with maths.
